George A. Heitczman is a sole practitioner who maintains a general law practice in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania that includes handling various contentious matters including family law, civil litigation and criminal litigation.

Mr. Heitczman has practiced law in Pennsylvania since 1972, and as a sole practitioner since 1990 when his partner, Bernard V. O'Hare, Jr., died. He is a member of the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers and is a member, a former director and vice president of the Pennsylvania Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers. He has been continuously certified as a criminal trial advocate by the National Board of Trial Advocacy since 1980.
